Extended warranty
HELITRADE provides warranty service for all equipment sold. Manufacturers are obliged to ensure the complete and safe operation of a specific helicopter model within its technical characteristics during the specified period of time.
We are very scrupulous about the safety and quality of all the equipment we sell, for this reason we work on individual terms with each customer. What is also affected by the conditions of further use of the equipment.
The Client undertakes to fulfill the following conditions:
- follow the rules and guidelines for flights and maintenance;
- flight, engineering and technical personnel authorized to work with helicopters are allowed to operate, maintain and store the helicopter.;
- provide information about flight hours, detected failures and completed bulletins without any delay.
use the fuel and lubricants specified in the documentation;
Warranty case
In case of any problems during the warranty period, each case will be considered individually. We will investigate the causes of the breakdown or defect.
The seller is not responsible in case of violation of the conditions of transportation, storage, maintenance and operation rules, unauthorized changes in the design or configuration of the aircraft performed by the buyer, which could lead to deficiencies and defects.
